This warranty covers 100% of material and labor costs for any warranted repair during the warranty period with no depreciation and no dollar cap. The NDL warranty is the gold standard in commercial roofing protection and is fully transferable to subsequent property owners.
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date above. Pricing is based on current material costs and may be subject to adjustment if acceptance is delayed beyond 30 days. All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications. CCC carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Any change orders must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Project timeline will be established upon contract execution and is subject to weather delays.
